Depository Analytics

The Closed Joint-Stock Company “Central Depository” of the Kyrgyz Republic prepares and provides analytical materials aimed at increasing the transparency of the securities market and improving awareness among its participants.

Depository analytics is developed based on depository accounting data and includes systematized information on the status and dynamics of securities transactions.

The main areas of analytical activities include:

• analysis of securities transactions by types of financial instruments and categories of market participants;

• preparation of statistical reports on the status of depository accounts;

• monitoring of issuer corporate actions;

• analysis of securities ownership structure;

• preparation of consolidated reports on the securities market of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• provision of analytical information to government authorities and market participants.

Analytical materials may be used for regulatory purposes, management decision-making, as well as for assessing the current state and development trends of the securities market infrastructure.

Analytical activities are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the internal regulatory documents of the Company, while ensuring confidentiality and information protection requirements.

The Central Depository strives to develop analytical services, implement modern data processing methods, and improve the quality of information support provided to financial market participants.
