Development Strategy

The Development Strategy of the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Central Depository” of the Kyrgyz Republic is aimed at modernizing the depository infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic, improving the efficiency of the securities accounting system, and strengthening the confidence of financial market participants.

The key strategic development priorities include:

• development and digitalization of depository services through the implementation of modern information technologies;

• increasing the reliability and security of securities ownership rights accounting;

• expanding the range of services provided to market participants;

• integration with national and international financial infrastructure;

• strengthening cooperation with government authorities and financial institutions;

• enhancing transparency and ensuring compliance with international depository standards.

Particular attention is paid to the implementation of electronic services, automation of accounting and settlement processes, as well as ensuring cybersecurity and data protection.

The implementation of the Strategy will enable the Central Depository to strengthen its role as a key element of the securities market infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic, contribute to improving the country's investment attractiveness, and expand opportunities for financial market participants.
