Anarkan Toktosunovna Nogoybaeva

Chief Executive Officer of the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Central Depository” of the Kyrgyz Republic

A financial market professional with more than 27 years of experience in the securities market of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since October 2025, she has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Central Depository.

She has extensive executive experience in managing an investment company, overseeing investment funds, conducting depository, brokerage, and dealer activities, organizing securities trading, and supporting the issuance of both corporate and government securities.

Ms. Nogoybaeva graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn and also earned a Master's degree in Economics from Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabaev.

She holds professional qualification certificates in brokerage, dealer and depository activities, fiduciary management of investment assets, securities trading organization, and maintenance of securities holders' registers.

Ms. Nogoybaeva has been awarded the honorary title "Distinguished Professional of the Financial Market of the Kyrgyz Republic". She is also the recipient of the Honorary Certificate of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as numerous state, industry, and international awards in recognition of her significant contribution to the development of the country's financial and capital markets.
