Еhe Eighth Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum held at Issyk-Kul
Today, General Director Anarkan Toktosunovna Nogoybaeva is participating in the Eighth Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum held at Issyk-Kul.
Today, we are signing an agreement of strategic importance for the development of the financial infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic.
I believe that this project is an investment in the creation of a modern, reliable, and technologically advanced depository system that meets international standards.
CJSC Central Depository is a systemically important institution within the securities market infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic. Through the depository system, the reliable registration and safekeeping of financial instruments are ensured, investors’ rights are protected, and the stability of the capital market is maintained.
The agreement being signed today will mark an important milestone in the modernization of the Central Depository, the implementation of digital technologies, the enhancement of cybersecurity, and the expansion of opportunities to attract investment into our country’s economy.
We view this project as the foundation for the further development of the national depository infrastructure, capable of ensuring the efficient functioning of the capital market, supporting the issuance of new financial instruments, and facilitating the deeper integration of the Kyrgyz Republic into the regional financial landscape.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and the Eurasian Development Bank for their trust, strategic partnership, and continued support. I am confident that our cooperation will serve as an example of effective collaboration among development institutions aimed at strengthening the financial stability of the Kyrgyz Republic.
May today’s agreement mark the beginning of a new stage in the development of our country’s capital market—one that is more modern, transparent, competitive, and attractive to both domestic and international investors.
