PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

CJSC “Central Depository” announces a procurement for services related to an independent audit of information technology and information security.

The purpose of the procurement is to engage an independent service provider to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the information systems, IT infrastructure, IT processes, and information security of CJSC “Central Depository”.

The requirements for the service provider, scope of work, audit procedures, and expected results are set out in the attached Terms of Reference.

Interested organizations are invited to submit their commercial proposals indicating the cost of services, timeframe for completion of the work, and payment terms, as well as documents confirming compliance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference.

Deadline for submission of proposals: September 23, 2026.
