The Closed Joint-Stock Company “Central Depository” of the Kyrgyz Republic carries out its activities in close cooperation with government authorities, financial institutions, and professional securities market participants of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign countries.

The key partners of the Central Depository include:

• National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• OJSC “State Financial Holding”;

• Service for Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• CJSC “Kyrgyz Stock Exchange”;

• commercial banks and settlement and clearing organizations;

• brokerage and dealer companies;

• investment and financial organizations;

• international financial institutions and partner depositories (subject to relevant cooperation agreements).

Cooperation with partners is aimed at developing the securities market infrastructure, improving the transparency and reliability of settlements, and implementing modern technologies in the field of accounting and safekeeping of financial instruments.

The Central Depository is open to expanding partnership relations and developing international cooperation in order to enhance the efficiency of the national financial market of the Kyrgyz Republic.
