The Closed Joint-Stock Company “Central Depository” of the Kyrgyz Republic provides a comprehensive range of issuer services, ensuring reliable support for the issuance, circulation, and accounting of securities within the framework of the depository system of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Issuers are legal entities that issue securities in order to attract investments and develop their activities. The Central Depository ensures effective interaction with issuers on matters related to securities accounting, corporate actions, and the provision of necessary information.

As part of issuer services, the Central Depository performs the following functions:

• opening and maintaining accounts related to the recording of securities issues;

• accounting and servicing securities issues;

• recording securities transactions within the depository system;

• supporting issuer corporate actions;

• providing information and reports related to securities issues;

• preparing lists of securities holders in cases provided for by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• facilitating information exchange with issuers and market participants.

The Central Depository ensures the safekeeping, accuracy, and confidentiality of accounting information, as well as compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and regulatory documents governing the securities market.
