Shareholders

The authorized capital of the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Central Depository” of the Kyrgyz Republic has been formed through the placement of ordinary registered shares in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As of the current date, the shareholders of the Central Depository are:

• Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic — 96% of the authorized capital;

• Other shareholders — legal entities and individuals holding shares in accordance with the Company's shareholders' register.

The Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, acting on behalf of the State, is one of the key shareholders of the Company, ensuring the State's participation in the strategic development of the securities market infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Information on shareholders and the shareholding structure is maintained and regularly updated in the Company's shareholders' register in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
