Tariffs
The Closed Joint-Stock Company “Central Depository” of the Kyrgyz Republic provides depository and related services on a fee basis in accordance with the approved tariffs.
Tariffs are established based on the principles of transparency, economic justification, and compliance with the applicable legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The cost of Central Depository services depends on the type of operation, client category, and volume of services provided.
The main types of tariffs include:
tariffs for opening and maintaining depository accounts;
tariffs for conducting securities transactions;
tariffs for recording transfers of ownership rights to securities;
tariffs for providing statements, reports, and reference information;
tariffs for supporting issuer corporate actions;
tariffs for other services provided by the Central Depository.
Current tariffs are approved by the authorized bodies of the Company and published on the official website of the Central Depository.
The Central Depository ensures equal tariff service conditions for all clients in accordance with established rules and regulatory requirements.
