Depository Clients

The clients of the Closed Joint-Stock Company “Central Depository” of the Kyrgyz Republic include professional securities market participants, government authorities, as well as legal entities and individuals using depository accounting and securities safekeeping services in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The main categories of the Central Depository’s clients include:

• securities issuers (joint-stock companies and other organizations issuing securities);

• professional securities market participants, including brokers and dealers;

• institutional investors;

• government authorities and organizations conducting operations with government securities;

• individuals — securities holders.

The Central Depository provides client services based on equal and non-discriminatory access to depository services, including recording rights to securities, performing transactions on depository accounts, and providing information support for settlements related to securities transactions.

Interaction with clients is carried out in strict compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Company’s internal regulatory documents, and international standards of depository activities.

The objective of client services is to ensure reliable, transparent, and secure recording of ownership rights to securities, as well as to contribute to the development of the securities market infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic.
