The Closed Joint-Stock Company “Central Depository” of the Kyrgyz Republic ensures the accounting and servicing of securities issues within the framework of the depository system of the Kyrgyz Republic.

A securities issue represents a set of securities of the same type and category with identical characteristics, placed by an issuer in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This section provides information on registered securities issues, including key information about issuers and issued financial instruments.

The Central Depository ensures:

  • accounting of securities issues;

  • assignment and maintenance of securities identification data;

  • recording securities transactions within the depository accounting system;

  • safekeeping of information on issue parameters;

  • provision of information to market participants in accordance with established requirements.

Information on securities issues contributes to increasing transparency of the capital market and provides market participants with access to up-to-date information on financial instruments circulating in the Kyrgyz Republic.
