The Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the Securities Market” regulates relations arising in the process of issuance, placement, circulation, and redemption of securities, and also establishes the legal framework for the activities of participants in the securities market. The Law sets requirements for issuers, investors, and professional market participants, and regulates matters related to information disclosure, protection of investors’ rights, and state regulation of the securities market.
