{"id":386,"date":"2024-02-08T14:18:06","date_gmt":"2024-02-08T14:18:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/site.dnsservice.info\/?page_id=386"},"modified":"2024-02-24T14:21:19","modified_gmt":"2024-02-24T14:21:19","slug":"how-to-become-a-client","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cds.kg\/en_US\/how-to-become-a-client\/","title":{"rendered":"How to become a client"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To become a client of the Central Depository, the following mandatory documents must be signed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A depository service agreement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications for opening a deposit account;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client questionnaires;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A card of specimen signatures of the Depositor or its executives, notarized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal entities (residents of the Kyrgyz Republic) must additionally provide notarized copies of the following documents, stamped by the legal entity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certificate of state registration of the legal entity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Charter of the organization;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License for the right to carry out professional activities in the securities market (for professional participants of the securities market);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power of attorney for the legal entity&#8217;s authorized representative, who has the right to issue instructions, receive account statements, and other documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Legal entities (non-residents of the Kyrgyz Republic) must additionally provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Notarially certified translation of the founding documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documents confirming the right of the legal entity&#8217;s authorized representatives (non-residents of the Kyrgyz Republic) to perform legal actions related to transactions on deposit accounts (with a notarially certified translation);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For individuals (residents and non-residents of the Kyrgyz Republic), it is necessary to present a document verifying the identity of the Depositor.
